We really enjoyed our week stay at this beautiful up kept house. We had a group of 10 adults and 10 kids that ranged from 1 year to 66 years of age and the house accommodated us very well. Upon arrival the house was nice and cool for us. It was nice and clean. The house was stocked with some dishes, towels, toilet paper and fantastic patio furniture.

We cooked every night at the house and made great use of the washer and dryer.

We loved spending our night hanging out on the patio listening to the waving roll in. We also loved that we could sit on the deck and watch the waves as well. We seen dolphins twice.

The beds, linens, towels, and house decor were updated and well kept.

We loved that Mr. Zuhair was very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely rent again. This was our 2nd year at Surfside and we can’t wait to return again next year.

Our entire family and friends really enjoyed this beautiful beach house that is perfectly located very close to the beach. We rented the Golf Car from the owner and that was even more fun. We will come back and visit again soon. this was the best beach in Texas.

We truly can’t say enough praise for this beach house, it’s Owner is very nice and responsive to every call fast, he is very courteous and respectful. The house is amazing inside and out. We had a great time and we will be back to this house again.

Well-kept and nicely decorated 2-story beach house that our family of 16 enjoyed for a week – this is second stay at this home chosen because of its location with beach access and great upkeep and amenities.

Owner has taken great care to keep house up-to-date, nicely decorated and well kept maintenance-wise and clean. Owner very responsive and easy to work with for reservation, questions or issues.

Brand new, large washer and dryer great for beach towels and large loads. Well stocked kitchen with needed pots/pans, microwave, stove/oven, fridge. Water cooler for drinkable water with extra bottles – Surfside tap water not good to drink, so this is nice perk. Great A/C for those hot days. Excellent WiFi (not found in all parts of Surfside!) and cable TV/DVD player. Plenty of comfortable beds and storage.

Large and comfortable outdoor deck with cover and comfy furniture & picnic table to enjoy your early morning coffee or evening drinks and watch the waves. Beach and water were excellent this year.

We would definitely consider this property for future vacations!

My family and I spent four wonderful amazing days and nights on this beautiful clean and spacious Beach House fully stocked with everything you would want the views are amazing the outside balcony is very very pleasant you could sit outside at any time under the covered deck very spacious and very clean lots of outdoor furniture brand new washer and dryer made it very easy for us to do our laundry and keep fresh towels the owner was very responsive and we definitely would recommend this beach house so our family and friends we will be back soon.
