We spent 3 days at this beach house for Spring Break 2013. Even though we had some stormy weather we still had a blast walking the beach and watching the powerful waves. The home is not on the front row of the beach BUT that doesn’t matter as it has incredible views from the large decks of the home and it is a quick 30 second walk and you are on the beach. This is very convenient if you forget something you can just pop back to the house. The sand is very nice and the beach has gone through a replenishment recently. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the waves also. The home was very nice. It is not fancy but perfect for what you want on the beach. It was extremely clean and had plenty of beds (almost too many). We had three young girls and they were excited that they had their choice of accommodations. The home was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and even had a brand new gas grill waiting for us. Make sure you bring bottle water for drinking. The beach does allow driving but that was well organized and we didn’t have any issues with this. We would definitely recommend this home. Note: We dealt directly with the owners, which is refreshing, and they were very responsive.
