Overall we had a good stay here. Zuhair was very helpful and we had a good deep sea fishing excursion with him and his wife! We caught lots of fish as promised and went home with the cooler loaded! The house had plenty of beds for our crowd, but were not terribly comfortable. We had to bring in a lot of supplies from our RV as there was no hand soap (containers were empty) in the bathrooms and dish soap had very little as well and no bath soap. The property was clean and the deck was awesome with a great view and nice breeze. We were a little sad that cars were allowed to drive on the beach and park there as well. Nothing Zuhair can do about that! It’s just sad that this is allowed on a beach, which was a disappointment. The listings description was accurate and the pictures were accurate for the posting. This would be a place that I would recommend for a large family or large group of people, especially if they are looking for a good fishing excursion!

We had a blast! They had a ton of chairs and plenty of room! Great for a weekend with friends and fishing!

First of all, the homeowner is wonderfully kind and accomodating. He made sure we had what we needed and was readily available to answer any questions. The house has great views of the ocean. The interior is open and is perfect for large families. The location itself is quiet, peaceful, and not commercialized. This was a very relaxing and wonderful vacation.

The homeowner worked with us to be sure our Holy Yoga of Kingwood ladies group would have a wonderful stay. And we did! We arrived to a beautiful home with plenty of room for all of our cars. Very neat, clean and well kept and fully stocked with all linens beautifully matched to the beach decor. 16 ladies from all over the country stayed together in this spacious home. We were able to be together cozily in the main spaces and plenty of kitchen for several of us to putter around at the same time. We even had yoga classes in the main area of the house and underneath when the weather kept us from the beach. By Sunday morning the weather had cleared up to a beautiful day so we walked the very short walk to the coastline and enjoyed the beautiful and clean beach. The bridge over the dunes was very well kept also. Then before checkout we had a nice lunch in the sunshine on the huge deck of the house. We are definitely coming back if they will have us. “Heavenly Views” indeed.

We stayed at this beach house two times, once for my wedding and once this past weekend. There were a few misunderstandings during our first stay, but Zuhair was willing to correct the situation professionally. Both stays were great. The house is well-furnished and has plenty of space. Zuhair was very responsive and was available whenever we needed to contact him. I would recommend this beach house for events or just for a getaway with friends.
