One of the most incredible beach houses in the entire area. 1712 sq.ft. 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms with wrap around decking to give the most amazing views of the beach and the water. Relax while sipping your favorite drink lounging on our custom outdoor furniture. Built in 2015. This home was our private beach house that we never ever rented it before summer of 2020. Incredible views from the wrap around windows of the living room or the ocean views from all rooms that each of its own access to the large decks so you step outside and take in the views or listen to the waves of ocean.

Highly recommend! The place was very clean and well taken care of. A lot of the furniture looks handmade and they are all beautiful and very comfortable. They do offer golf carts to take to the beach which is a huge convience. The house is very spacious and plenty of beds for the big family. All of the staff are so friendly. We will definitely be back!
We were a party of 7people way past our 50 looking for a quite and relaxing weekend, and we had it. The house is perfect, comfortable and well located. Both floors are surrounded by balconies, and every room has access to it making the rooms full of light and views, which I found beautiful; social area and kitchen are spacious and well equipped. Carpentry is harmonious around the house, including stair railing making it kind of luxurious; bathrooms are divided between sink and toilet +shower which adds dynamism to get ready to enjoy the beach. We didn’t notice the keurig coffee maker in the pictures so we had just americano 🙂 We hope we can rent it again this summer because it is one of the best houses in the area.

House had a perfect location. Very clean and easy check in. Nicely furnished. Well laid out. Spending time on the wrap around decks was a treat. We really enjoyed the house. Only complaint is wireless internet. Hard to impossible to connect. It was a big deal because both my wife and I needed to do some work related matters and couldn’t. I’d suggest dumping the worthless Dish TV package currently in the house and beefing up the internet Bandwidth so folks can work from home, and access their own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon accounts and watch what they want to. But that complaint aside, would I stay there again? Absolutely!!!!!!
This home was one of the best homes I have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of vacation homes. There were 5 adults and 3 children. Ample space and room for everyone. The home says 13 and I could see that not being an issue. Porches were awesome! Ac cold!! Kitchen completely stocked ! Towels galore! Location in great!!!! The owners were more than 5 star. Very attentive! There was an issue with a neighboring home which was immediately addressed when another neighbor brought it to their attention. We will be back!
