TWO living rooms, each one is 20 X 40 ft.with TWO open concept gorgeous kitchens and TWO dining rooms that has wrap around 22 windows so you see, feel and hear the majestic sound of the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. 6 large and beautifully designed bed rooms with custom built in XL bunk beds that are designed to sleep adults or kids. Unique nautical designs to give the feeling of the ocean and the sea while you have the most comfortable night sleep on our 8″ cool gel memory foam mattresses. We truly went over and above the norm to give you the most wonderful experience you could ever have in a beach house. Oceanic nautical art work decorate the walls through out the entire house. The kitchens are open with custom cabinets that have glass doors to let you see what inside which is the very colorful dishes, pots and pans and top of the line utensils. 4 Bathrooms with vessel sinks and custom built showers that have large refreshing shower heads that will definitely make you love the feeling of clean again.

The house is very beautiful. Every little detail has been thought. We had so much fun insude the house. The location is great, it is very close to the beach. Everything was as described and the owner was available to help anytime we needed him. I would defi itely recommend this sweet house to anyone looking for a fun vacation.
Had plenty of room and the location was excellent. We did have an issue with the outside electrical plugs as we suspect water or humidity seeped into the plug on the back side of the house so the GFIC would not reset. We were disappointed that there was no high chair as noted in the description as we had a baby with us. Overall the house was beautiful, comfy sleeping beds and the decks were outstanding. Every one was so happy to have room to relax and visit. Thank you so much and hope we can book this again in the future.
This is our 2nd year renting from Zuhair and his properties do not disappoint. We rented the top and bottom floors and it slept 40 people very comfortably. The furnishings were well appointed and property was clean. My favorite part of the property was the custom made, built in bunk beds. Zuhair personally stopped by and showed me how to use the front door locking mechanism and he was very friendly to everyone he met.
If you’re looking for a beautiful location to relax and get a large group of family or friends together, this should be the first property you look at.
We took about 30 people and stayed comfortably. The property was picture perfect!
When I first visited the house, I was just in awe. Everything about the decor and furnishings is completely unique. We had a large gathering in Surfside and needed to house about 30 individuals. This house did the trick. Even though the decor and design are so appealing to children-it was just as (if not more) appealing to the older adults. The group loved sitting out on the double decks listening to music all night. It was a wonderful place to reconnect, relax, and rejuvenate. The owners are awesome. They are incredibly responsive. They even joined us in the beach house for a quick snack while attending to our requests. Incredible customer service. The photos don’t even do this house justice. You have to see it to believe it-and once you do see it, nothing else will do! Request a tour and reserve your visit-but just not on my weekend next year because we are all coming back for a return engagement!
