TWO living rooms, each one is 20 X 40 ft.with TWO open concept gorgeous kitchens and TWO dining rooms that has wrap around 22 windows so you see, feel and hear the majestic sound of the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. 6 large and beautifully designed bed rooms with custom built in XL bunk beds that are designed to sleep adults or kids. Unique nautical designs to give the feeling of the ocean and the sea while you have the most comfortable night sleep on our 8″ cool gel memory foam mattresses. We truly went over and above the norm to give you the most wonderful experience you could ever have in a beach house. Oceanic nautical art work decorate the walls through out the entire house. The kitchens are open with custom cabinets that have glass doors to let you see what inside which is the very colorful dishes, pots and pans and top of the line utensils. 4 Bathrooms with vessel sinks and custom built showers that have large refreshing shower heads that will definitely make you love the feeling of clean again.

We have just returned from a family gathering in this property. There were 11 adults and 13 children. We found our rental to be large, accommodating and thoughtfully appointed. More, we found it open, bright, welcoming and uplifting to the spirit. We could see the water from the main area decks and could watch the sun rise and then set from the wrap-around decks on each of the living floors. The beach was a ½ block from our door and easily accessible, and the outside shower was both convenient and practical. We cooked all our meals in-home and found that we could easily accommodate all 24 of us from the large kitchen on the main floor (and used the second kitchen on the upper floor mostly as a drink and coffee bar for socializing). Likewise – sleeping our crew was easily done as kids and adults could scatter as they wished. Lots of beds and bunks in the 6 bedrooms. All in all, the house allowed us the freedom to enjoy our vacation thoroughly and comfortably. Finally, we found the property owner to be easily accessible and responsive to our questions. As we have family in the area, we will be returning to the Surfside area, and this property would be our first choice. We have been treating ourselves and our children (and now – their children) to getaways at various resorts since the mid 1980’s and this property tops the list for large size family gatherings. This is an awesome place to stay. Great views of the ocean from both decks. Tons of space for guests. Kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms are all fun, clean and comfortable.

It was in 2016 that we first stayed at Zuhair’s beach property. The house was brand new and we were captivated by the vibrant beach theme throughout the house. So 2 weeks ago, a large group of us stayed there again.The rooms were clean and spacious, we never had a single problem with the bathrooms, and the kitchen had all the amenities we wanted. The best part is that the beach is just a few walking steps away. The property surpassed all our expectations, and our large group has decided to make our stay there an annual outing.
