We did prom here and it was wonderful!

The property owners were responsive to our needs on a holiday weekend.

The property is located within a short walk to the beach. The beach is quiet and a great location for a family with small children. There was some rip current in the water during our stay.

The house can accommodate a large group. We had 23 guests and a dog. There are lots of beds.

The kitchen is large and well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. There is a nice oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

The living area is a little small, but the large deck can make up for this, when the weather is good. If the weather is bad, the parking area below doubles as a play area for the children.

The city water is poor for drinking, but the property has a water dispenser with a 5 gallon container. Filtered water is available at the city hall, a short drive away.

There are a couple of sheetrock issues in the house on the ceiling, but they were not a functional issue during our stay.

Place is clean and tidy. Matches to the description. Owner response is really good. Very close to beach with few steps of walk. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

My team and I enjoyed the beach house and its close proximity to the beach very much. The house provided comfortable bed and clean linens as well as enough sitting space for a large group. Bathrooms were clean and we were provided with extra toilet paper which is always a plus in my book. Lot of utensils and cookware to prepare items at the house as well. Overall would return.
