This amazing beautiful and spacious home is located right on the beach with no other homes in front of it to restrict your views of the vast Gulf of Mexico, the jetties or the ship channel.

Built in 2013 a two story home featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a great open concept living room big enough to accommodate all your friends and family and give them the majestic endless panoramic views of the Ocean. Recently renovated from top to bottom for a fresh look! Two Master suites each with it’s private bathroom and access to the 2nd floor balcony to enjoy those beautiful sunrises and sunsets while sipping on your favorite drink.

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Cleaning Practices

  • Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
  • Cleaned with disinfectant
  • Minimum 1-day vacancy between guest stays
  • High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
  • All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
  • Follows industry health association: SafeStay (AHLA – USA)

This is a great house to rent with friends and/or family! Love the room locations. Great access to the beach. Everything was pretty perfect except for the extremely

Full trash that never got picked up. It was totally disgusting and overflowing. This is a big deal for a house this size when multiple families are staying. Other than this it really is close to the beach. Easy for kids to walk back and forth by themselves. Would rent again!

Amazing stay with our church youth group

This house was perfect for my church’s beach retreat with our middle school and high school students. We used the living room for our group discussions, and the rooms were big enough for all of our guys and girls. The view and proximity to the beach were amazing!

The view is even better than it looks in the pictures. In the pictures, it looks like there is a property to the front on the left and the right, but there is not a property on the front right – only the beach view!

The home worked well for our group, and Zuhair was prompt in responding and working with us. We definitely hope to come back next year.

This beach house was in the perfect location with the most beautiful views and direct access to the beach. It’s in A Cul De Sac which gives it’s own private area of the beach. The host was great to deal with and very responsive in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
