My family and a couple of close friends rented this house for New Year’s Eve/my fiance’s 30th birthday. It is so close to the beach and the house was fantastic. When we arrived, the previous tenants had left their trash underneath the house and it was overflowing from the city-provided black trash cans. I brought it up with the homeowner and he went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was immediately resolved. All-in-all, we made some amazing memories and will certainly consider renting this house again!
The house was very accomodating for multiple guests and at a great price. The owner was very understanding when we had to re-schedule weekends due to a family emergency. Very, very appreciative of that! Great view of the ocean and close walking distance to the beach.
We stayed here for a week, my extended family and I, and had a wonderful time. It was clean, close to the beach, and spacious. The A/C works great! We had a few small issues over the course of our stay that were addressed by the home owner quickly and to our satisfaction. The WI-FI was upgraded while we were there, connections are smooth and available throughout the house/porch. We would certainly stay here again.
A word about Surfside, for those unfamiliar with it, there aren’t many smoke-free restaurants so if you have small kids/like to breathe while you eat you might consider just eating at the house (the kitchen is well-outfitted for it) or driving to another town nearby (which you need to do for groceries too, it’s not far). The beach does allow vehicles, FYI, but we left our canopy and beach gear on the beach all week and they were never bothered. We saw dolphins several mornings, which is always fun. Our neighbors also said the fishing was excellent.
This is the second time we have rented Heavenly Views as it is perfect for our extended family of 12. The kitchen is big enough for several people to be working together without tripping over each other. The beach is close enough to walk to and not crowded at all. The outside deck is perfect for morning coffee, family dinners and evening cocktails.
We rented this house and love love all the room and beds enough for the whole clan to enjoy our yearly beach get away. its so close to the beach and view is amazing. Mr. Zuhair was very tentative when i had any questions.
