Twenty graduating Seniors got to have a weekend full of memories because of this house! Several who had originally planned to only stay a short while on Sunday ended up staying overnight again. They didn’t want to leave. There was plenty of room for all the kids plus the chaperons. We actually had what seemed like our own private beach. The kids took their things down to the beach in the morning and were able to leave it there all day. The decks were great for just sitting around and enjoying the breeze and the sound of the waves. There was plenty of room under the house for the kids to have two washer games going and still have plenty of room for spectators. The house was clean and well furnished with room for everyone to sit and watch TV or eat. The parents even talked about returning after the kids left for college. We got the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was very gracious and polite. I highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to just relax, enjoy the beach, and create memories.

The house was clean, stocked with extras and more beautiful than the internet photos. Was able to get in touch with the owner on first call everytime prior to the rental date. Getting key was easy and made check in and check out a breeze. The view was heavenly! We would love to stay again sometime.

“My daughter’s High School Senior Prom group of 20 kids rented this house for Prom weekend. The house is simply gorgeous and we had plenty of room for the 20 kids plus 4 adult chaperones. The house has everything you need for a great time and is just steps to the beach. The wraparound porch and covered parking with an outdoor shower was very useful and helped manage tracking the sand in the house. Also, given the kids arrived after the prom, it was late and they stayed up most of the night with really loud music and lots of “carrying on”. I was a bit worried the noise would disturb the neighbors but when I went outside… you could not hear the noise. The kids had a fun day on the beach and a bonfire the next night. The owner is a delight to work with as we had several conversations leading up to the weekend and worked together on a reasonable fee for such a large group. Also there is a water cooler which kept everyone hydrated, saved on $ and “green friendly”. I had such a good time that I am renting again for a retreat with several of my friends this fall for some grownup ladies time. I definitely recommend this house. .

Just spent 2 nights at Heavenly View, with 8 moms and 16 kids, ages 7-15!! This house was great!! Great location, no busy roads, very quiet safe part of the beach. The house had plenty places to sleep for everyone, nice new clean furniture in all the rooms. Bathrooms very clean and updated! The weather was terrible during our stay, but will definitely book this house again during the summer to enjoy the huge deck and all the great outside furniture. Even extra large folding tables on the deck to use for outside dining!! The owner is also installing a huge shower under the house, which will be great for all the kids in the summer. Cannot wait to visit again, highly recommend this house for families and large groups. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a wonderful stay and will be back!!

Heavenly views was a wonderful stay for my family and friends. I rented it out to celebrate my 22nd birthday, and the weekend was enjoyable. The view was the best part of our stay. When the fog cleared out, hanging out on the balcony was our favorite activity. The overall shape of the house was well taken care of. There was a board on the stairs that needed fixing, but the owner was able to get it fixed right away. He was also very responsive to any thing we needed. we weren’t too sure of check in or check out times, as they weren’t notified to us, but fortunately the owner was nice enough to not charge us for coming early. There weren’t any safety deposits, and the charges for cleaning, towels and linens, and other charges were more expensive than the house itself. However, the whole trip was worth it & we definitely recommend this house to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
